Store Policies

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on physical goods sold through the Shop or Member Club, including peptide vials, reconstitution supplies and accessories, and skincare or hair-care products. Because peptide and reagent products are sensitive research materials, items that have been opened, reconstituted, or used cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Defective or damaged items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at peakperformanceco2025@gmail.com or (970) 674-1050 with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will review the case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked. Fees for scheduled consultations, protocol audits, roadmaps, and add-on services are charged when a session is confirmed and are not refunded for completed engagements.

Physical goods are all sales final as described above. Refunds are only issued, at our discretion, for verified defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to request a review: Email peakperformanceco2025@gmail.com or call (970) 674-1050. Please include your order number, the item, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

Chargebacks and disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first — we will work with you to resolve it directly. We cooperate fully with card networks and issuing banks on dispute investigations. Chargebacks filed for completed consulting sessions or for physical goods that were delivered as described will be contested, as those sales are final under this policy.

Booked consulting sessions are final and non-refundable. Once a consultation, audit, roadmap, or add-on service is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. Rescheduling of a paid session may be offered at our discretion — contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

Ongoing Monthly Research Support is a month-to-month membership billed in advance. You may cancel anytime by emailing peakperformanceco2025@gmail.com. Cancellation stops all future billing; the current paid period remains active through its end date and is not prorated or refunded.

Research and educational use only. Products offered through the Shop and Member Club — including peptides, small molecules, and related materials — are sold for personal research, educational, and development-consulting purposes only. They are not for human consumption, injection, or any therapeutic application, and they are not FDA-approved drugs.

Shipping and jurisdiction. We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of these materials is restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state and locality before ordering.

Age and resale. Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Products are for the purchaser's personal research use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Order refusal. Peak Medical Esthetics and Peptide Research, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund (at our discretion) any order that we believe violates these restrictions, applicable law, or our Terms of Service. This policy is provided to comply with payment-partner (Stripe) merchant requirements and does not alter the research-only nature of our products.

Free Research Briefing / newsletter. Our monthly educational newsletter and any free starter handbook are provided for educational purposes only. No purchase is necessary to subscribe, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We make no guarantee of specific health, performance, or research outcomes from any content provided.

Discounts and membership promotions. Any discount, coupon, or promotional offer will state its applicable term, eligibility requirements, and expiration date at the point of display. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, are void where prohibited, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Ongoing Monthly Research Support pricing and terms are as published on the Services page and in this policy.
